Snow Removal Pricing
Offering two options for Snow Removal pricing:
(1.) Seasonal – A one-time seasonal price that will cover an unlimited amount of snow for the season.
(2.) Per Push – You pay for each snow removal provided, based on depth of the storm.
Our pricing is determined by the size of your driveway & walkways. Other factors include where we will be able to push the snow & the difficulty to access the driveway.
What We Do – We will clear the snow from your driveway using a plow on our truck. We then shovel your front walkway & public walkways.
Where Do We Push The Snow? – We typically push the snow in a pile between the sidewalk & street. If too much snow has built up, we may push it off to the side of the driveway. It all depends on the obstacles around the driveway & what open spaces are available.

Snow Service Details
We keep a very close look at upcoming weather every single day. If you are on our route for snow removal, you will automatically be scheduled for service for every snow accumulation starting at one or two inches (whatever your starting depth is). For a typical snow storm, we will start our route as soon as the snow stops accumulating. We cannot guarantee a time when the driveway will be cleared because we do not know exactly what time the storm will start, pause or end. We do make it our goal to finish all of our driveways within 12 hours of the storm ending. For storms over 6”, it may take longer due to traffic, icy conditions, more time per driveway ect…. If a snow storm accumulates to 8” or more, we may need to plow your driveway two times to keep up with the storm. You will then be charged for each service, depending on the depth of the snow.
Vehicles in the way
Please have all vehicles moved out of the way when anticipating a snow storm. If a vehicle is blocking the driveway or if a vehicle is on the driveway during the time of snow removal, we will remove the snow as close as we can to the vehicle but we are not responsible for digging out the vehicle if it is stuck. If we come to remove the snow and cannot fully complete the job, due to a vehicle blocking the way through, we will still need to charge the normal rate.
Obstacles in the way
5 Star Lawn Care is not responsible for any damage to the paved areas or any items on the paved areas while clearing the snow. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to have any obstacles moved from the paved areas before the time of service.
There are NO cancelation fees for ending your snow service. You may cancel your scheduled snow removal service at any time. Cancellations by email or phone must take place at least 2 business days prior to your next service. If you paid for ‘seasonal’ snow removal, we will not be able to refund your payment, due to cancellation of service.
Your Snow Removal service will automatically start up again the following season unless we hear from you that you would like to discontinue service. We will contact you as a reminder that you are scheduled
for snow removal service in October, before the snow season has started.
