Providing Lawn Mowing Services
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER as payment for lawn mowing service. Your credit/debit card will be billed on the 1st of every month. Please keep your card updated/current to avoid billing issues. (Please note: We are PCI compliant. This means that we are certified to meet all federal safety standards for credit card processing)
Late Fee: If no payment is received by the 15th of the month – a $20.00 late fee will be added to the balance. If no payment is received by the 1st of the following month the service will be placed on hold until full payment is received.
While cutting your lawn, it can be very difficult to see objects hiding in the grass. Please pick up all objects before your service day, so they don’t get run over. We are not responsible for any objects on the lawn getting damaged.
Above Ground Wiring: Wiring on lawn areas are often not easily visible and may be subject to damage. Therefore, we are not responsible for any damage to above ground wiring such as cable/ internet wires, landscape lighting, sprinkler wires ect….
For the safety of your dog make sure that he/she is kept inside during the service of your lawn.
Please pick up any dog doo prior to day of service. If there is excessive dog doo in a certain area, the mowing crew will avoid that area until the area is cleaned up.
Please be sure to keep any gates unlocked during the day of service, OR provide us with the gate combo so we can access the gated areas. If we cannot access the gated area, we will still charge the normal mowing price.
We try our best to stay consistent with our mowing schedules. Sometimes unforeseen issues can occur such as…. BAD weather! In the event of a large storm or rain delay, we may need to push your mowing day back a day or two. Your service will then continue on your scheduled day the following week.
In the event of dry weather, especially during the hot summer months, we may skip service if the lawn has turned brown or has not grown. This can sometimes be a judgement call and we leave this decision up to our mowing crew to determine if it needs to be skipped or cut. You are of course welcome at any time to call us and request to skip your lawn service for a week if you feel that it does not need service.
If a problem occurs during lawn service, please contact us within 24 hours, so the issue can be resolved. We consider work to be done to the customer’s satisfaction if we receive no response within the first 24 hours. It will become increasingly difficult to determine the cause of a problem if the problem is not addressed right away.
There are NO cancelation fees for ending your service. You may cancel your scheduled lawn mowing service at any time. Cancellations by email or phone must take place at least 2 business days prior to your next service.
Your lawn mowing schedule will automatically start up again the following season when the grass starts growing. We will contact you as a reminder that you are scheduled for lawn mowing a few weeks prior to starting service. If you do not wish to continue service next season, please let us know so we can remove you from our schedule.
